Using our online design studio platform and our unique 3D process, this professional service is completely virtual, giving you the convenience to implement from home no matter where you live.
This service will provide you with a very clear vision and plan for your entire space… saving you time, and costly mistakes.
What's Included:

• Initial Design Consultation via Zoom
• Schematic Design - Designer creation of design layout(s) with 3D views of the new basement spaces. Timeline 3 - 4 weeks
• Collaborative virtual tour, 3D Design Meeting(s) via Zoom Call to review design ideas and layout ideas for the basement, (up to two total, 90 minutes each)
• Concept Mood Board with 1 round of revisions
• Plans, pdf files of the final design concept plan set for the pricing and build process, including elevations, 3D perspective images, and electronic selections list. Timeline: 3 -4 weeks

$2,995.00 Base Price - up to 1500 square feet. Price is for design services only and does not include remodeling services or materials.
